What do you mean by active project?
An active project is an Emissions IQ project that you have uploaded data for in the last 30 days. If a project has not had activity in the last 30 days, it is not an active project, and you will not be billed for it.
Do you offer an annual plan?
We do not offer annual plans, we are a monthly subscription service at this time.
How do I know you are accurate?
We align with global standards like GHG Protocol and ISO 14064 to ensure our calculations are reliable, audit-ready, and trusted by your customer's auditors.
How are expenses allocated to my project?
We offer two main methods of allocation - Attribution, where you select at a line item level, or Revenue Ratio, where we calculate the allocation based on the revenue generated by the project vs. your overall revenue.

Where do you source your emissions factors?
We use the correct emission factors depending on your jurisdiction. We support UK, AU, and NZ emissions factors at this time, sourced from the Ministry of Environment (NZ), DEFRA (UK), Department of Environment and Energy (AU).
What types of expenses can you track?
We can track a wide range of expenses, including but not limited to: travel, energy, waste, and more. If you have a specific expense in mind, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
